A 4 Day In Person Intensive on the Isle of Man

Four days to calm your nervous system and remember what matters. Mornings are gentle, breath-led, martial-arts–inspired practices to build calm, presence, focus, and resilience.


Afternoons, we walk the island — ancient stone circles, sea paths, woodland — and talk at a human pace about living a philosophy that inspires personal flourishing.


You’ll leave with practices you’ll actually keep, a purpose journal you believe in to guide your next steps on your own hero’s journey, and a simple six-week plan to carry this home.

Why Would I Want To Do This?

For people who are tired of feeling rushed, reactionary, and disconnected—four days to reset your inner rhythm. If you’ve tried apps, courses, and hacks and still feel wired, this will feel different. We keep it small, human, and real.

Why would you want to do this? Because the way we’re living teaches the body to feel in a constant state of emergency, while the mind scatters—whether your CV shines or you’re just getting by, the inner weather remains noisy. This intensive is a reset for the human spirit. What you gain is a reliable sense of calm, a clearer why, and the reflex of choosing response over reaction. What you leave with is an inside that feels less noisy, attention that doesn’t scatter, and a felt trust in your body—enough to show up for work, family, and yourself with steadiness and clarity when the world gets loud.
